The story is about Choi Joon Woong who is a jobless person. So, he decided to sucide and go to a bridge for this purpose. There he saw another person who also tried to jump. But he gets involved in a fight in order to save him. They both fell into the water accidentally.

A grim reaper team arrives at the scene but Choi Joon Woong fell into a coma due to their fault and half spirit did not leave his body. Then he has to work at the grim reaper management in the underworld company. His job was to take care of people who wanted to take their own life.He has to give them hope and a way to live.
