Story

The Palace Stewardess follows Zhao Ai, the second prince of the kingdom, who returns to the imperial court after spending years as a political hostage in Nanshao. Although his return should mark a new chapter in his life, he soon discovers that the palace is filled with hidden dangers, complicated alliances, and people whose true intentions are difficult to determine.

At the same time, Wu Zhen Zhen, an orphan carrying a deep desire for revenge, secretly enters the palace under the identity of a noble lady. Her real purpose is not to enjoy a life of privilege but to uncover the truth behind her mother’s mysterious death. While serving within the Six Services, she carefully searches for clues and tries to discover the people responsible for the tragedy that destroyed her family.

Zhao Ai and Wu Zhen Zhen eventually cross paths, but neither of them can immediately trust the other. Zhao Ai is surrounded by political schemes and shifting loyalties, while Wu Zhen Zhen is hiding her true identity and personal motives.
