Biography

Jacqueline Fernandez, who was born on 11 August 1985, is a model and actress who hails from Sri Lanka.

In addition to her appearances in reality shows and music videos, she has worked in Indian films, most of which were performed in Hindi. Her first film, Aladin, came out in 2009, and ever since then, she has been steadily building a career in the Hindi cinema industry. A multiethnic Eurasian family of Sri Lankan, Canadian, and Malaysian ancestry raised Fernandez in Bahrain, where she was born and raised. Fernandez is of Eurasian descent. Following her graduation from the University of Sydney with a degree in mass communication and her time spent working as a television reporter in Sri Lanka, she entered the world of modeling. Early life and modeling career

Jacqueline Fernandez was reared in a family that included members of several different ethnic groups. She was born on August 11, 1985, in Manama, Bahrain, Her mother, Kim, is of Malaysian and Canadian origin, while her father, Elroy Fernandez, is a Burgher from Sri Lanka. She was born in Canada.
