The “Lonely Eagle” Jin Mindong, which had been buried for many years at the Harbin Investigation Office of the Kwantung Army Intelligence Agency, was officially uncovered on the eve of the beginning of the Pacific War in 1939. The ghosts that escaped from the Harbin Institute were a contributing factor in the explosion that occurred among the special army of the Kwantung Army. The Director of the 6th Division of the Kwantung Army dispatched a foster son named Gu Ying to take the responsibility for an emergency airborne, and the surface inquiry of the military bombs in fact hastened the “Xianyan Plan.” As Gu Ying’s inquiry has progressed, Kim Min-dong has been transformed into a “brother” who appears to have had a life-or-death connection. The guilty, suspicious, and deliberate thinking and planning of Gu Ying has become the greatest barrier for Jin Haodong to overcome in his quest to uncover the truth behind the “Xi Yan Plan.”
