Eternal Faith Drama Plot

Around 800 years ago, Xie Lian reigned as the Crown Prince of the Xianle kingdom and was held in high esteem by the people who lived there. At the age of 17, he was granted access to the heavenly world; but, owing to a series of bad events, he was immediately expelled back to the domain of the mortals. After some time has passed, he tries to ascend once more, but he is expelled just a few minutes after this attempt.

Now, after eight hundred years have passed, Xie Lian makes his ascent to the Heavens for the third time as the joke of all three worlds. He must journey to the world of mortals and rid it of evil in order to earn the merits necessary to make up for his past transgressions. On his first mission in the mortal realm, he encounters a strange ghost king named Hua Cheng who dominates the ghost world and terrifies the Heavenly Officials. He is escorted into the mortal realm by two small immortal officers from the Heavens. In spite of the fact that Xie Lian is unaware of it, Hua Cheng has been keeping a close eye on him for a very, very long time.

Xie Lian progressively unearths the long-guarded mysteries of the celestial regions through a sequence of events that take place.
