This is a historical drama that will tell us the heroic achievements of a distinguished military general during the Western Han Dynasty.

Huo Qu Bing is the illegitimate son of a maid. He has a low background however he got the opportunity to become part of the imperial family. Due to his skills in horse riding, archery, combat, and military strategy, he soon became a young warrior known for his courage and intelligence. That was the reign of Emperor Wu of Han and the Xiong Nu from the North have constantly caused trouble along the borders.

The King decides to protect his people by launching an attack that will put an end to these riots. Huo Qu Bing joined the war and the army won. Soon he got help from the Government and defeated enemies. Soon he got the title of god of war.
