Lee Min Ho and Ahn Hyo Seop In Talks To Star In Movie Based On Web Novel “Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint”. It has been reported by Ilgan Sports on May 3 that Ahn Hyo Seop is currently in talks to star as the main lead Kim Dok Ja in the film adaptation of the popular web novel “Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint”. According to Maeil Kyungjae, Lee Min Ho is also said to be in negotiations to join the cast.

A representative from Ahn Hyo Seop’s agency, The Present Company, confirmed that he had indeed received an offer to star in the film and is currently reviewing the offer. Lee Min Ho’s agency, MYM Entertainment, also confirmed that he had received an offer to star in the film, but nothing has been decided yet.

“Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint” is based on a web novel of the same name, where the protagonist Kim Dok Ja’s world suddenly changes into that of the web novel he read. The web novel and the ongoing webtoon have both received immense love from fans. In the film, Kim Dok Ja is working together with his allies to save the world after it starts to follow the plot of the web novel he read. Meanwhile, Lee Min Ho has reportedly been offered the role of Yoo Joong Hyuk, the original main character of the web novel that Kim Dok Ja read.

The film will be produced by Realies Pictures, the production company behind the “Along with the Gods” series, and directed by Kim Byun Woo of “The Terror Live”. It has been reported that over 20 billion won (approximately $15 million) has been invested in production costs, with follow-up projects also in the pipeline.

Ahn Hyo Seop is currently starring in “Dr. Romantic” season three and is also gearing up for his role in “A Time Called You”, raising anticipation for his potential big-screen debut.
